1/2 Day Hue – Pha Tam Giang Tour

2:30 PM: Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hue city center. The first stop is at President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House, where you will see memorabilia from his time living in Hue with his father, Nguyen Sinh Sac, and brother, Nguyen Sinh Khiem.

3:00 PM: After visiting the memorial house, you’ll embark on your journey to explore Pha Tam Giang. The scenic drive takes you through vast fields of rice, filling the air with the fragrant scent of ripening grains, especially in April and May. As you cross the Thao Long Dam, where saltwater meets freshwater, you’ll have a stunning view of Pha Tam Giang, with its ancient fishing villages and vibrant seafood farms stretched out in hues of green and blue.

As we approach Ru Cha Mangrove Forest, its misty, mysterious beauty will leave you mesmerized. Walking along the narrow concrete path, you’ll admire the tangled roots of the mangrove trees, casting shadows in the twilight. The lush green canopy creates a serene and romantic atmosphere, making you want to linger all day.

Next, we’ll take you to Pha Tam Giang – Dam Chuon. Here, you’ll board a small boat to cruise around the vast water landscapes of the lagoon. As you glide through the waters, you’ll be enchanted by the raw, untouched beauty and tranquil charm of this natural wonder. As the sun sets, the sky turns a stunning shade of purple, casting a magical glow over the shrimp farms and the silhouettes of fishermen casting their nets in preparation for their evening catch.

5:00 PM: You’ll have the chance to engage in an authentic fishing experience on the lagoon. Try your hand at traditional activities such as damming the water, pulling fishing nets, and catching fish, giving you a true taste of local life.

5:30 PM: Enjoy a delicious dinner featuring local specialties, savoring the fresh flavors of the region.

6:30 PM: After dinner, our driver will take you back to Hue, concluding the Pha Tam Giang tour.
