Child Pricing Policy:

• Children aged 5 and under:
  • 1 child stays free with 1 adult in the same room (an extra bed will be added).
  • A second child under 5 will be charged 50% of the adult price with an extra bed.
• Children aged 5-10:
  • Free of charge when sharing a room with adults.
  • 75% of the adult price for those who require a separate bed.
• Children aged 11 and above:
  • Treated as adults and must pay the full room rate.
• Age determination:
  • Age is calculated based on the year of birth, not the birthday.

• • 07:45 – 08:30 AM.
  • Estimated return time: 15:00 – 15:30 PM.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations made more than 30 days before departure, no fee will be charged for any group size.
• For cancellations made 15 to 30 days before departure: a 50% fee will apply for groups of 10 or more rooms, a 30% fee for groups of 5 to 10 rooms, and no fee for groups with fewer than 5 rooms.
• For cancellations made 5 to 14 days before departure: a 70% fee will apply for groups of 10 or more rooms, a 50% fee for groups of 5 to 10 rooms, and a 50% fee for groups with fewer than 5 rooms.
• For cancellations made less than 5 days before departure, a 100% fee will apply for all group sizes.

Service Deposit Policy

• For Groups of More Than 10 Rooms: A deposit of 50% of the total service value is required by the COD date. Full payment must be made 7 days before the departure date.
• For Groups of 5 to 10 Rooms: A deposit of 50% of the total service value is required by the COD date. Full payment must also be made 7 days before the departure date.
• For Groups of Fewer Than 5 Rooms: No deposit is required. Full payment must be made before 5 days prior to departure.
