Guests who have booked the transfer service will be picked up from their hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
11:30 – 12:00 | Arrival at Tuan Chau Harbor Board the tender and embark on the Dragon Bay Cruise. Enjoy a warm welcome with a drink, followed by a safety briefing.
13:00 | Lunch Time
A fabulous lunch will be served as the cruise sails through the stunning Ha Long Bay, passing iconic landmarks such as Finger Islet and Candle Islet.
15:30 | Explore Lan Ha Bay
Visit the Dark and Bright Cave, where you can kayak, swim, or take a bamboo boat ride to admire the poetic beauty of Lan Ha Bay.
17:00 – 18:00 | Tea Ceremony & Cooking Class
Participate in a tea ceremony and happy hour. Learn to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes in the onboard cooking class.
19:00 | Deluxe Dinner
Enjoy a delicious dinner while anchored in a tranquil part of the bay.
21:00 – 23:00 | Evening Activities

Enjoy a relaxing brunch as the cruise heads back to the harbor.
11:30 – 12:00 | Return to Tuan Chau Harbor
Guests who have booked the bus transfer will be taken back to Hanoi, arriving around 15:00 – 16:00.
Holiday Surcharge:
April 30th, May 1st, September 2nd, and Lunar New Year: 300,000 VND per guest.
Children Policy:
- Children under 06 years old sharing a bed with parents: Free for 01 child/cabin. The second child will be charged 50% of the adult price.
- Children from 06-09 years old sharing a bed with parents: Charged 75% of the adult price.
- Children from 10 years old: Charged the adult price.
(Note: Child’s age is calculated by birth year, not by birthdate.)
Included in the Price:
- 02-night stay in a luxurious room with a private balcony overlooking the bay.
- All meals during the tour, combine European and Vietnamese cuisine.
- Complimentary drinking water and welcome juice upon boarding.

- Free life jackets.
- Activities according to the itinerary: kayaking or bamboo boat exploring Lan Ha Bay, swimming, afternoon tea on the deck at sunset, morning Taichi, night squid fishing, etc.

Not Included in the Price:
- Value-added tax (VAT).
- Surcharge if the ticket price issued in 2023 increases as per the management’s regulations.
- Staff tips.
- Beverages consumed during the tour (bar, mini-bar, etc.).
- Personal expenses are not mentioned in the “Included” section.
Transportation Service:
- Pick-up and drop-off at hotels in the Old Quarter area.
- Pick-up time from 08:00 to 08:30. Drop-off time from 15:00 to 15:30.
- Limousine bus (large vehicle) surcharge: 200,000 VND/person (round trip).
Cancellation/Deposit/Payment Policy:
- Cancellation Conditions:
- In cases of force majeure (fire, weather, natural disasters, war, port authority orders, or new policies from the bay management), neither party will be liable for any incurred losses or legal responsibility. Customers will be supported to change the tour date or deduct the payment for future bookings.
- Cancellations or changes made more than 30 days before departure: No charge.
- Cancellations or changes made 25-29 days before departure: 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellations or changes made 20-24 days before departure: 100% of the deposit will be charged.
- Deposit and Final Payment Conditions:
- Deposit: 50% of the total tour price for individual bookings, or 30,000,000 VND (thirty million VND) for charter bookings.
- Final payment: 100% of the tour price must be paid 3-7 days before departure. If not, the booking will be automatically canceled with no refund.
- Other Notes:
- Guests must bring their ID cards, passports, or a copy of their child’s birth certificate for check-in.
- Please inform us in advance if you have any food allergies or require a vegetarian diet.
- Guests are not allowed to bring food or drinks onboard, except for bottled water, porridge, and milk for children. Surcharges will apply for bringing the following onboard: Spirits: 500,000 VND/bottle, Wine: 350,000 VND/bottle, Homemade alcohol: 300,000 VND/liter, Canned drinks: 20,000 VND/can.
- Event organization, conferences, seminars, meetings, and weddings can be arranged on the cruise upon request (subject to additional fees).
