Mai Chau – Ban Lac One Day Tour

Tour price includes:

• Air-conditioned shuttle bus for roundtrip transfers.
• 01 lunch at a traditional stilt house in Lac Village.
• English-speaking guide throughout the trip or a local guide in Mai Chau (depending on group size).
• 01 bottle of water on the bus.

Tour price excludes:

• VAT.
• Tram car fee in Lac Village (250,000 VND/car for 8 people).
• Drinks during meals, hotel services, and personal expenses.
• Bicycle or tram car rental for village sightseeing.
• Travel insurance (as this is a daily shared tour).
• Tips for the driver and guide.

Child Policy:

• Children from 1-4 years old: Free (parents take care of all expenses for the child, no seat on the bus).
• Children from 5-9 years old: 75% of the tour price (including a separate meal but sharing a bed with parents).
• Children from 10 years old: Charged as adults (full adult services).

Important notes for travelers:

• Please bring valid identification (ID or Passport).
• We recommend bringing insect repellent, common medications, and personal hygiene items (such as toothbrushes and towels) as the facilities in mountainous areas may be limited compared to big cities.
• The tour guide reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for optimal conditions based on specific departure dates but will ensure that all destinations are visited as scheduled.
• If there are fewer than 6 participants on the departure date, we may not arrange a tour guide for the car, but a local guide will be provided in Mai Chau.
• Vegetarian guests are encouraged to bring additional vegetarian food if necessary to match their taste.
• If you join the tour between April and November, please pack light, airy clothing.
• It is highly recommended to bring a backpack or small suitcase. Oversized luggage is not suitable for mountain tours as the vehicle may not have space for large suitcases. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by oversized luggage.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoarthritis, congenital diseases, mental health issues, pregnancy, etc., as these are not covered by insurance. Customers must declare any such conditions and may be required to sign a health waiver before joining the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for any unreported conditions.
• Customers should safeguard their personal belongings at all times. The tour organizer is not responsible for the loss of money, identification, travel documents, personal belongings, or other valuables during the trip.
