Children Policies:
- For a group of 2 adults and 1 child under 5 years old: the child is free of charge (FOC) when sharing a bed with parents.
- For a group of 2 adults and 2 children: One child under 5 years old is FOC, while the second child is charged 75% of the adult rate, sharing a bed with parents.
- Children from 5 to under 9 years old are charged 75% of the adult rate, sharing a bed with parents.
- Children from 9 years old are charged 100% of the adult rate.
- The second child will be charged the full adult rate if sharing a bed with parents.
- The itinerary may change due to weather or tides.
- Swimming/kayaking may be canceled in poor weather without refunds for unused services.
- Passport information is required 2 days before check-in.
- In bad weather, alternative options include a stay in Halong or a return to Hanoi (with adjusted charges).
