Formed over 300 million years ago, the cave features magnificent natural formations, making it look like a hidden underground city. After exploring this breathtaking cave, your adventure continues at Dark Cave, where you’ll zipline, kayak, swim, and experience a natural mud bath in one of the cave’s narrow passages. The fossils inside are over a million years old, adding a historical element to your thrilling journey.

Itinerary
8:00 AM – Pickup & Transportation
Our air-conditioned vehicle and experienced guide will pick you up from your hotel, train station, or airport in Dong Hoi City (or Phong Nha Town, between 9:00 – 9:30 AM). From Dong Hoi, it’s a scenic 70 km drive to Paradise Cave.
10:00 AM – Explore Paradise Cave
Start your cave exploration with a buggy ride for the first 1.6 km, followed by a 570-meter walk to the entrance. Rest at a scenic site before venturing into Paradise Cave, a UNESCO World Heritage site within Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. Marvel at the extraordinary stalactite and stalagmite formations as you explore 1 km of this natural wonder, which spans a total length of 31.4 km.
12:00 PM – Lunch at Dark Cave Restaurant
Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch at the Dark Cave restaurant. Vegetarian options are available, so please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions and we will gladly accommodate.
2:00 PM – Adventure at Dark Cave
After lunch, head to Dark Cave for a thrilling adventure. Get ready to experience a wide range of activities:
- Zip-lining over the turquoise waters of the river.
- Kayaking through the peaceful surroundings.
- Swimming and exploring the inside of Dark Cave.
- Take part in an unforgettable mud bath in the depths of the cave.
- Discover ancient fossils and explore narrow passages.
4:30 PM – Return Transfer
After your exciting day, the bus will take you back to Dong Hoi City or Phong Nha Town, dropping you off at your hotel, train station, or airport.
