Itinerary
19:00 – 20:00: Pick-up at your hotel in the Old Quarter, Hanoi Opera House, or Tran Quang Khai Street.
21:00 – 22:00: Pick-up at Pham Van Dong Street and Ciputra Urban Area. Start your journey to Ha Giang. Overnight on a sleeper bus.
Note: Guests arriving late at Noi Bai Airport can join at Kim Anh Junction around 22:00. Guests from other provinces can arrange their own transport to Ha Giang and join the group the next morning.
- 04:00 – 04:30: Arrive in Ha Giang. Rest and freshen up at a homestay. Breakfast is served.
- 07:00: Begin your journey to the Dong Van Karst Plateau. Highlights include:
- Km0 landmark of Ha Giang.
- Bac Sum Pass: Capture the breathtaking 8km mountain pass.
- Quan Ba Heaven’s Gate: View of Twin Mountains and Tam Son Town.
- Lanh weaving village in Lung Tam (if road conditions permit).
- Cán Tỷ: Photograph the famous lone Nghiến Tree.
- Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Continue exploring:
- Tham Ma Pass: Historically used to test the strength of horses.
- Pho Cao Village: Famous for H’mong stone houses.
- Chín Khoanh Pass: Renowned for its winding roads.
- Lung Cam Village: Visit the house used in the film “The Story of Pao”.
- King of the H’mong’s Palace (Vua Meo): Discover the history and architecture of this historical site.
- Lung Cu Flag Tower: Symbolizing the northernmost point of Vietnam.
- 18:00: Arrive in Dong Van, check in to the hotel. After dinner, stroll through the ancient streets of Dong Van or enjoy a cup of coffee at the Old Quarter Café (at your own expense).
- Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. If it’s Sunday, explore the vibrant Dong Van market.
- 08:00: Check out and depart to Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of the most stunning passes in Vietnam.
- Take photos of the awe-inspiring Tu San Canyon and the Nho Que River.
- Optional boat ride on the Nho Que River (fees not included).
- Lunch: Back to Dong Van for lunch before heading back to Ha Giang.
- 16:00: Arrive in Ha Giang, rest and have dinner at the homestay. Board the sleeper bus to Sapa. Overnight on the bus.
- 04:00: Arrive in Sapa. Continue resting on the bus until morning.
- 06:10 – 06:20: Transfer to the hotel to drop off your luggage and have breakfast.
- 08:00: Visit Fansipan via the world’s most modern three-rope cable car system. Climb 600 stone steps to reach the summit at 3,143m, the highest point in Indochina.
- Optional: Take the Muong Hoa mountain train or Fansipan funicular (extra fees apply).
- 12:00: Return to Sapa town for lunch and check into the hotel.
- 14:30: Visit Cat Cat Village, explore H’mong culture, and visit the ancient hydroelectric power station.
- 18:00: Dinner in Sapa. Free time to explore or take photos at the iconic Sapa Stone Church.
- 07:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 08:30: Walk to the Moana check-in point, a unique artificial landscape with views of Fansipan and the Hoang Lien Son mountain range.
- 11:30: Return to the hotel for check-out and lunch.
- 13:15: Depart Sapa for Hanoi.
- 19:30: Arrive at Noi Bai Airport (extra fee applies) or Hanoi around 20:15. End of tour.
Tour Price Includes:
- Transportation: 7-29 seat cars (depending on the number of guests) serving the group in Ha Giang.
- Sleeper buses or double cabins (2 people per cabin) for the routes (note: there will be no guide accompanying on the sleeper bus). If a single cabin is requested (or international guests can only stay in a single cabin) or in case of solo travelers, an additional charge of 150,000 VND will apply per person for each trip to Ha Giang.

- Hotel accommodation: 2 nights, 2 people per room (odd-numbered guests will be paired in triple rooms).
- 1 night at Long Anh 2.5-star hotel in Sapa, with breakfast buffet or set menu depending on the day.
- 1 night at a 2-star hotel in Dong Van, including 2 breakfasts (noodles, pho, instant noodles, or rice rolls).
- 8 main meals as per the program (each meal valued at 100,000 VND).
- Entrance fees to all mentioned attractions (except cable car).
- Experienced tour guide accompanying the itinerary.
- Bottled water provided on the bus (1 bottle per guest each day).
Not Included:
- VAT invoice: Please inform and agree in advance if an invoice is needed before booking the tour.
- Drinks during meals, hotel beverages, and other personal expenses.
- Fansipan cable car ticket: The price of the cable car changes depending on the travel season and regulations at the tourist site.
- Boat trip on Nho Que River (including the cost of car transfer to the boat station and the boat ticket). The usual fee ranges from 250,000 VND to 300,000 VND per person.
- Other services and costs are not mentioned in the program.
- Tips for guides and drivers:
- Not required for Vietnamese guests, but typically around 50,000 VND per guest per tour day.
- Mandatory for international guests: minimum 3 USD per guest per tour day.
Mandatory Additional Costs:
- Single supplement: In case the guest travels solo and we are unable to arrange a shared room or the guest requests a private room, there will be an additional charge for single accommodation. The fee will be determined based on the room prices at the time.
- Surcharge of 250,000 VND per guest for foreign nationals (as required by Ha Giang Police regulations).
Children’s Policy (Please read carefully for full details):
- Children aged 1-4 years: Free of charge (parents are responsible for all expenses, no separate seat on the bus). Each pair of adults can only bring 1 free child, the second child will be charged at 75% of the tour price (with the same services as charged children).
- If one adult travels with one child aged 1-4 years, the child must purchase 50% of the adult tour price (and will receive services equivalent to children aged 5-9 years).
- Children aged 5-9 years: 75% of the adult tour price (including a separate meal and seat on the bus, but sharing a bed with parents). For two charged children, there is no separate bed provided.
- Children aged 10 years and older: Charged as adults.
Important Notes for Guests:
- Required documents: Please bring legal identification (ID card, CCCD, or Passport).
- Recommended items: Guests should bring insect repellent, common cold medicine, or any prescription medications as advised by a doctor.
- Vegetarian guests: Please bring your own vegetarian food to suit your dietary needs.
- No refunds for unused services.
- The guide has the right to adjust the order of attractions for the best experience based on the conditions of each departure day, but will ensure all mentioned attractions are covered.
Customer Responsibility:
- Health: Guests are responsible for their own health conditions, including chronic illnesses (cardiovascular, hypertension, diabetes, bone and joint diseases), congenital diseases, hidden illnesses, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, and pregnancy. These are not covered by the tour’s insurance. Guests must declare health conditions honestly if necessary. The tour organizer will not be responsible for any undeclared or falsely declared health conditions or any incidents beyond the coverage of the tour insurance.
- Personal belongings: Guests are responsible for taking care of their own personal belongings at all times during the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any loss of money, valuables, airline tickets, or personal property during the trip.
