Itinerary
08:00 – 09:00: If you booked the transfer service, our guide will meet you at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, and we will head to Ha Long Bay. Enjoy the peaceful countryside scenery as we pass through the farmlands and the Red River Delta.
11:30: Arrival at Crown Legend Cruise check-in lounge. Take a short break before boarding the cruise.
12:15: Welcome aboard! Enjoy refreshing drinks while the Cruise Manager briefs you on the itinerary and safety regulations.
13:00: Savor a delicious buffet lunch while the boat sails towards the southeast of Ha Long Bay, passing iconic landmarks like Fighting Roosters and Finger Islets.
14:30 – 16:00: Explore the serene Luon Cave, either by kayak or bamboo boat. Marvel at the natural beauty surrounding you.
16:00: Visit Titop Island for panoramic views or relax on the beach. Alternatively, explore the mysterious Trinh Nu Cave.
17:30: Return to the boat for a lively sunset party with Happy Hour specials at the Crown Legend Bar.
18:30: Join our onboard cooking demonstration and learn how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.
19:15: Indulge in a gourmet dinner while enjoying the magical atmosphere of Ha Long Bay under the stars.
20:30: Evening activities include karaoke, relaxing at the bar, or trying your hand at squid fishing.
22:30: Overnight in a comfortable, air-conditioned cabin with a private bathroom.
06:00: Start your day with a rejuvenating Tai Chi session on the sundeck while the sun rises over Ha Long Bay.
07:00 – 07:30: Enjoy a light breakfast before the morning’s exploration.
07:30: Visit Sung Sot Cave, Ha Long Bay’s most famous cave, where stunning stalactites and stalagmites await. Experience the panoramic view of the bay as you exit the cave.
09:00 – 09:30: Return to the boat, settle your bill, and prepare for check-out.
10:30: Enjoy a leisurely brunch as the boat makes its way back to the harbor.
11:00 – 11:15: Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina and return to Hanoi.

- Personal expenses are not mentioned in the “Price Includes” section.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICE:
- Pick-up and drop-off at hotels in the Old Quarter area and in front of the Opera House.
- The pick-up time is from 7:50 AM to 8:30 AM. Drop-off time is from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
- Shuttle bus booking price: 300,000 VND per person (round trip).
- Upgrade to Limousine service: additional 500,000 VND per person (round trip).
GROUP LIST AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
- Customers must provide a list of group members with details such as full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiry date, permanent address (for Vietnamese guests), room type, and any requested services.
- All guests boarding the boat must have a valid passport and visa to enter Vietnam. Crown Legend reserves the right to refuse customers who do not have valid passports or visas or fail to provide information before the trip.
- Children must have complete documentation and their parents’ passport information and must travel with their parents. If not, the agent must comply with local government regulations, and Crown Legend reserves the right to cancel the booking and still charge 100% of the cancellation fee.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS:
- For individual bookings (less than 3 rooms), no deposit is required. The customer is responsible for paying 100% of the total amount upon booking.
- For group bookings or full chartered boat bookings, a 50% deposit is required immediately after confirming the reservation, and the remaining amount must be paid 7 days before the departure date.
- Customers are responsible for making full payments via bank transfer after booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION AND BOOKING MODIFICATION POLICY:
Cancellation and modification fees are based on the number of rooms booked and canceled. Any change/modification to the booked services is considered a cancellation, and a new booking must be made. If the customer cancels/modifies their booking and services on the boat, Crown Legend will apply the following cancellation fees. Service increases will be confirmed if rooms are still available.
