Itinerary

Morning:

8:00 AM: The vehicle and guide will pick you up at your hotel in the city center to start the journey to the Imperial City of Hue, the residence of 13 kings of the Nguyen Dynasty, the last feudal dynasty of Vietnam. The visit includes Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purple City, The Mieu, Hien Lam Pavilion, and Nine Urns. The guide will narrate the history of the Nguyen Dynasty through heroic anecdotes, visiting the worship area of the 13 kings and the living quarters of queens and concubines.

10:00 AM: Visit An Hien Garden House in Kim Long, the most beautiful garden house in the Imperial City, showcasing typical garden architecture in Hue and its influence on poetry, music, and cinema.

11:00 AM: Explore Thien Mu Pagoda, the oldest and most sacred pagoda in Hue, renowned for its fascinating spiritual stories.

12:00 PM: Lunch at a local Hue restaurant.

Afternoon:

1:00 PM: After lunch and a short break, guests will visit the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House, where he lived during his childhood with his father and brother.

1:30 PM: Depart from the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House to discover Tam Giang Lagoon.

Cross the Thao Long Dam, a boundary between salt and fresh water, where you can gaze out over the stunning Tam Giang Lagoon: ancient fishing villages and vibrant seafood ponds come into view.

Experience the lush green mangrove forest of Ru Chá, where visitors can stroll along small concrete paths to admire the mystical roots and intertwined branches, creating a romantic and refreshing atmosphere that will make you want to linger all day.

The vehicle will take you to Tam Giang Lagoon – Dam Chuon. Upon arrival, board a boat to explore the waterway of Tam Giang Lagoon. As you paddle around, be captivated by the pristine beauty and tranquil ambiance that characterizes Hue. As the sun sets, the purple sky blankets the shrimp ponds, creating a breathtaking view.

4:30 PM: Participate in hands-on experiences on the lagoon, such as fishing: water splashing, net pulling, and catching fish. Enjoy your catch prepared as dinner along with local specialties.
