Itinerary
07:00 – 07:30: Depart from Hanoi. Our bus will pick you up at hotels in the Old Quarter area and head to Ninh Binh.
10:30: Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, one of Southeast Asia’s largest temples, known for its massive bronze Buddha statues and stunning architecture.
12:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
14:00: Explore Trang An Eco-tourism Complex by boat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its limestone karsts and mystical caves. Relax as you glide through caves such as Lam Cave, Vang Cave, and Thanh Truot Cave—ideal spots for photography lovers.
16:30: Return to Hanoi. In the evening, explore the vibrant Hanoi Old Quarter and its delicious street food. Overnight at a hotel in Hanoi.
08:00 – 08:30: Head to Ha Long Bay, one of the world’s natural wonders.
12:00: Embark on a cruise around Ha Long Bay, passing famous landmarks such as Fighting Cock Islet and Stone Dog Islet. Enjoy lunch on board.
14:00: Visit Surprise Cave, one of Ha Long’s most impressive caves, and explore the Luon Cave by kayak or bamboo boat.
16:30: Relax on Titop Island with options to swim or trek up to the summit for panoramic views of the bay.
17:30: Return to the mainland and drive back to Hanoi. Overnight at your hotel in Hanoi.
06:30: Depart for Sapa on a comfortable sleeper bus via the Hanoi – Lao Cai highway.
13:00: Arrive in Sapa, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, and check into your hotel.
Afternoon: Explore Cat Cat Village, home to the H’mong ethnic group, and visit the beautiful Tien Sa Waterfall. Experience a traditional cultural performance at the old hydroelectric power station.
Evening: Free time to explore Sapa at night, visit the Stone Church, or explore the local night markets. Overnight in Sapa.
07:00: Have breakfast at the hotel.
08:00: Take the world-class cable car to conquer Fansipan Peak, the “Roof of Indochina” at 3,143 meters. Enjoy breathtaking views and the fresh mountain air.
12:00: Return to your hotel, check out, and have lunch.
13:30: Board the bus back to Hanoi, arriving in the evening (arrival time varies between 20:00 – 22:30 depending on the schedule).

✔ Transportation:
- Air-conditioned tourist car as per the program.
- Round-trip sleeper bus: Hanoi – Sapa – Hanoi.
✔ Accommodation:
- Twin sharing (or triple sharing for odd numbers).
- 02 nights in a 2-3 star hotel in Hanoi (breakfast buffet or instant noodles/cup noodles).
- 01 night in a 2.5 star hotel in Sapa (breakfast buffet).
✔ Meals:
- 05 main meals as per the program’s standard. Breakfasts are provided as per hotel standards.
✔ Activities:
- 3-star cruise in Ha Long Bay, following the itinerary of Route 2.
- One-time entry tickets to all sites.
- Drinking water on the bus: 01 bottle per guest/day.
✔ Guides:
- Enthusiastic and experienced tour guides for each part of the trip.
Not Included:
- VAT invoice (if required, please inform and confirm before booking the tour).
- Single room supplement (if requested or if traveling alone): 900,000 VND/person.
- Dinner in Hanoi (guests are free to explore Hanoi’s night cuisine on their own).
- Drinks during meals, hotel expenses, and other personal expenses.
- Kayaking or boat rowing at Luon Cave.
- Electric car tickets for all routes at Bai Dinh Pagoda (60,000 VND before June 1st, 100,000 VND after June 1st).
- Round-trip Fansipan cable car ticket (guests can register in advance or pay directly to the guide in Sapa at the official retail price without any additional costs. If guests purchase the ticket themselves, a surcharge of 50,000 VND/person applies, or they can independently visit Fansipan).
- Muong Hoa funicular and mountain train tickets (these are optional tickets and do not affect the tour itinerary).
✔ Tips for driver and guide:
- For Vietnamese guests: typically 50,000 VND/person/day.
- For foreign guests: 5 USD/person/day.
Children’s Policy:
- Children aged 1-4: free (parents cover all costs, no separate seat on the bus). Each family can only bring 1 free child; the second child will be charged 75% of the tour price.
- If one adult travels with one child aged 1-4, the child must pay 50% of the adult price (same services as children aged 5-9).
- Children aged 5-9: 75% of the tour price (separate meal and bus seat, but must share a bed with parents).
- 02 children will still need to share a bed with parents.
- Children aged 10 and older: same price as adults.
Important Notes:
- Guests must bring legal identification documents (ID or Passport).
- It is recommended to bring insect repellent, fever medicine, or other prescribed medication.
- Vegetarian guests should bring additional vegetarian food to suit their taste.
- Any unused services during the tour will not be refunded.
- The tour guide reserves the right to adjust the order of the tour itinerary based on the actual conditions of each departure day, but all sites in the program will be visited.
Customer Responsibility:
- Guests are responsible for their own health, especially with chronic illnesses (cardiovascular, blood pressure, diabetes, joint issues, etc.), congenital diseases, hidden illnesses, HIV/AIDS, mental disorders, and pregnant women. These are not covered by insurance. If necessary, guests must provide a written declaration of their health conditions. The tour organizer is not responsible for undeclared or inaccurately declared health issues, as well as cases outside the scope of the travel insurance.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for lost money, valuable items, plane tickets, or personal assets during the tour.
